	Mr. Alok Bajaj Mr. Alok Bajaj, having graduated in the ‘Honours Course’ of Commerce from Delhi University, completed Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1985. He has been involved in the profession - related literary pursuits ever since his training days, having assisted the compilation and editing of “Taxation’s Year Book and Digest” (The oldest publication as tax reporters) for the years 1982 to 1986. He has also acted as the visiting faculty on various forums besides having delivered lectures on practical aspects of Direct Taxes at the Campus Law Centre of Delhi University in the years 1985-1986. His vision and mission of client empowerment is the guiding premise for The Firm. Membership No. 084515


	Mr. Sanjeev Verma Mr. Sanjeev Verma, graduated in commerce from Delhi University before getting enrolled at the Bar at Delhi High Court as early as in 1983. He is the mainstay association of the Firm since its inception, having expertise in the field of Indirect Taxation besides the Direct Taxes. His humble way of Representation before the Tax Authorities is inimitable and has made many friends for all times. His deftness lies in his practical understanding of the way businesses operate pan-India, crossing over the borders of various Indian states where local laws too come in play. 	Mr. Ramesh Kumar Nayyar Mr. Ramesh Kumar Nayyar, B.A., Dip. In Mech. Engg., LLB., at 75, is the oldest amongst all and therefore lends the Midas touch to The Team. Enrolled at the Bar of Supreme Court of India, his expertise lies in handling Civil matters and Business Laws related cases at the Trial Courts. Having spent many years of his professional life in Zambia and in the service of Indian Railways, he is familiar with the ways of Govt. administrative machinery like the back of his hand. 	Mrs. Payal Kataria Mrs. Payal Kataria is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with a Master’s degree in Commerce from the prestigious Govt. College, Ludhiana. She was the meritorious topper at her Post Graduation Level. An award for best Group presentation in Secretarial Modular Training Program was conferred by the ICSI on her in the year 2010. She is a permanent Resource Person for various programmes organized by the Northern India Regional Council and NOIDA Chapter of the ICSI. She has been elected as member of Female Practicing Company Secretary Committee of NIRC of ICSI for the year 2011. Membership No.25667
